Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor Nurse in Sapulpa. This role involves providing direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. The position emphasizes implementing and monitoring patient care plans, assessing patient needs, and coordinating discharge planning with the healthcare team.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Nursys License, certification/professional profile, two professional references, and completion of Ascension skills checklist.
• Additional Information: The role requires critically thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a stressful environment. Personal protective equipment must be used as required, following Standard Precautions.
