Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor (MS) in a healthcare setting located in the area. This role involves providing patient care within a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating clinical expertise in medical-surgical nursing. The position requires flexibility to float within the same discipline across local campuses and adherence to established protocols and procedures. The assignment starts on 10/05/2026 and concludes on 01/04/2027, with a schedule of 12-hour day shifts.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid state licenses for Iowa and Illinois, BLS (American Heart Association) certification, at least 1 year of experience in Medical Surgical Nursing or Post-Operative Care, experience caring for up to 5-7 patients, surgical or post-operative surgical experience, valid drivers license, work history/resume, skills checklist completed within 1 year, license verification, copy of required certifications, one supervisory reference, and a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility unless local to Madison with a 10% rate reduction
• Additional Information: The candidate may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses. Orientation sessions are scheduled periodically beginning 01/12/2026, and required submission documentation must be provided at the time of application.
