Job Summary:
Radiology Registered Nurse (RN) Located in the radiology department, this role involves providing safe, competent, and high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing radiologic procedures. The position supports the interdisciplinary healthcare team in delivering patient-centered care, emphasizing safety, clinical excellence, and effective communication with patients and their families.

Job Details:

Schedule: 9:00 PM 7:30 AM, 38 hours per week, from 10/26/2026 to 12/26/2026
Required Qualifications: NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license, BLS certification, ACLS certification, minimum 2 years RN experience, 1 year ambulatory & radiation safety experience. Minimum 2 years RN experience required. Associate degree in nursing considered with relevant experience or active BSN program enrollment.
Preferred Qualifications: PALS certification, experience with EPIC electronic health record system.
Float: Not required for this assignment.
Additional Information: The nurse will perform charge nurse duties, coordinate supplies and staffing, ensure patient throughput, and document clinical activities thoroughly and accurately. The role emphasizes patient-focused, cost-effective care, safe practice principles, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. The position requires a strong understanding of radiation safety and clinical procedures within radiology.
