Job Details

• Location: Joplin, Missouri
• Position Description: RN Labor & Delivery
• Shift: Days, 3x12 hours per week, with a minimum of 36 hours weekly
• Required Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Education and Experience: Valid RN license with at least 1 year of labor and birth experience required; 0 years minimum experience specified, but 1+ years preferred.
• Schedule: Dayshift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Must float as needed, which is non-negotiable. The position involves providing care to patients with a patient-focused approach, requiring flexibility, positivity, and effective teamwork. Candidates should be comfortable working with a unit that has a 1:5 patient ratio and utilizes EPIC electronic medical records.
• Qualifications: Experience in labor and birth settings is essential. The ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment and adhere to safety standards is required.
