Job Summary:
A Cardiothoracic Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in an open-heart surgical setting. This role involves circulating in cardiac, thoracic, peripheral vascular, and transplant surgeries, with a focus on team rotation and on-call duties. The position requires strong circulating skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing surgical team.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, circulating OR skills checklist demonstrating proficiency in cardiac, thoracic, peripheral vascular, and transplant procedures, and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in cardiothoracic surgeries and team rotation for on-call duties.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The position involves circulating cardio thoracic surgeries, participating in team rotation, and fulfilling a 24-hour call requirement once a week, including one scheduled weekend day in a 4-week rotation.
