Description
Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse Coastal region. This role involves delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in a busy emergency department setting, following established standards of care and utilizing critical thinking. The position supervises and collaborates with nursing and healthcare staff to ensure effective and safe patient care.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Variable shift, mostly mid shift (1:00 PM 1:30 AM) and occasional night shift (7:00 PM 7:30 AM); minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from approved vendor; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from approved vendor; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification from approved vendor.
- Preferred Qualifications: Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC).
- Additional Information: The RN ER role involves direct patient care, assessment, planning, coordination, and evaluation in a fast-paced emergency department environment. Candidates are expected to be committed to patient safety, continuous learning, and teamwork. The start date for this assignment is 10/12/2026, with an end date of 01/10/2027. No minimum experience beyond foundational nursing skills is required.
