Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse position located in a scenic community along the Oregon Coast. This role involves delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients in a fast-paced emergency setting. The ER Nurse supervises and collaborates with other healthcare professionals, utilizing critical thinking and professional judgment to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; acute care facility experience preferred; licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice required; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior ER or emergency care experience, EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system experience.
• Additional Information: The role requires collecting relevant patient data, analyzing assessment information, developing and implementing care plans, and participating in discharge planning. The position involves collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to provide a safe, healing, and compassionate environment. Candidates must be available to work on a flexible schedule supporting 12-hour night shifts.
