Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) Registered Nurse (RN) position in a facility setting. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients across all phases of health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. The RN will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within a busy acute care environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shifts, every other weekend and holiday; 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Active nursing license, minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Medical Surgical with Telemetry units, strong clinical assessment skills, excellent communication abilities.
• Float: Float rotation may be required to similar units within the facility.
• Additional Information: The RN is responsible for patient assessments, nursing interventions, patient education, and ensuring a safe environment. Collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals is essential. The position maintains compliance with all legal and organizational policies and standards, practicing within the scope and standards outlined in the Nurse Practice Act.
