Job Summary:
Postpartum Nurse Located in Lincolnton, NC. This role involves providing care for patients in labor, triage, postpartum, and newborn care within a 101-bed health care facility. The position requires a dedicated professional with experience in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) settings, supporting a positive, family-oriented environment. The assignment offers a night shift schedule with 12-hour shifts.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts; 12 hours per shift; minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN licensure; BLS certification; NRP certification; previous experience in Postpartum Floor, Labor, and Delivery or LDRP settings for at least 2 years.
• Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of labor management, cesarean section circulation, newborn resuscitation, epidural and Pitocin management, and electronic fetal monitoring.
• Float: Float rotation within region 3 (Cleveland, Kings Mountain, Lincoln, Central Division including CMC Main, Mercy, LCH) may be required as per region needs. Floating mid-shift is paid for travel time between facilities.
• Additional Information: The position supports a positive, family-oriented unit culture. Scrubs are provided; parking is free. Staff will work approximately 75% of holidays; up to 6 days of requested time off (excluding holidays) can be approved. Orientation includes 2 days on the NEO (Neonatal) department.
