Vermont-based ICU (Intensive Care Unit) RN (Registered Nurse) opportunity in a picturesque rural setting. The position involves delivering critical care nursing services in a four-bed ICU, requiring proficiency in telemetry and at least two years of RN experience. This assignment offers a chance to immerse in a vibrant outdoor community while providing essential patient care in a critical access hospital.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting 10/14/2026, ending 01/13/2027.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, certification in BLS (Basic Life Support), minimum of two years of RN experience, critical care experience, and ability to read telemetry.
• Preferred Qualifications: Critical care experience with telemetry skills, ICU experience, ACLS certification, ability to adapt care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient populations.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be prepared to manage patient needs independently in a rural setting, with no local transportation options available. Travelers will start midweek during orientation, with guaranteed hours adjusted for the start day. Candidates should possess reliable transportation and be responsible for securing housing before arrival. Credential submission is required five business days prior to start.
