Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) position in a healthcare facility. This role involves performing independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions according to established standards. It includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, as well as providing health education and counseling. The RN will execute therapy, monitor treatment plans, and refer patients as needed, ensuring high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shifts with 3-12 hour variable shifts, including mids and nights. Minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: - Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice. - BLS (American Heart Association) certification. - ACLS (American Heart Association) certification. - PALS (American Heart Association) certification. - TNCC certification. - ENPC certification (may be required for clearance purposes; may be accepted without on file). - NIHSS certification. - 1+ years of nursing experience in emergency or critical care settings.
• Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience as an emergency room nurse.
• Additional Information: - May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications based on business needs. - May be on-call during scheduled shifts.
