Job Summary
The ICU (Intensive Care Unit) registered nurse position is located in an acute care healthcare facility. This role involves providing specialized critical care to patients in the ICU, with a focus on high-quality, compassionate patient management, adhering to established clinical protocols and best practices.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience; graduate of an accredited nursing program; licensed as a registered nurse in the state where care is provided; certifications in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support; location and experience requirements align with the healthcare facilitys standards.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include monitoring critically ill patients, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Submission requires current licensure and certifications; candidates are encouraged to demonstrate excellent clinical skills in intensive care settings.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing or a related field; two (2) years of recent ICU nursing experience preferred; NIH Stroke Scale certification and CCRN certification are advantageous; dialysis, SLED, or equivalent experience is preferred.
