Job Details

• Position: Step Down RN Specialty: Step Down
• Location: Festus, MO
• Schedule: Nights, 3 x 12-hour shifts per week, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current RN license (meets the criteria to be eligible for licensure in the state of Missouri or currently licensed in the state of Missouri), BLS, ACLS, 1+ years of step down experience
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Additional Responsibilities: Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care, maintains professional accountability, evaluates the care provided by other team members, coordinates patient care, upholds patient rights and confidentiality, and adheres to the facility's mission, values, and standards
• Float: Float rotation may be required
