Job Summary:
The profession is a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in the Step Down Unit, located in a healthcare facility in Festus, Missouri. This position involves providing patient care on a cardiac step-down unit, utilizing clinical skills to evaluate and coordinate treatment plans for patients with complex medical conditions. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 3 x 12-hour shifts per week, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Current RN license (eligible for licensure in Missouri or licensed in Missouri), BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), 1+ years of experience in a step-down unit, and all other licensing and certification requirements.
• Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications or experience relevant to cardiac or medical-surgical nursing are preferred.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care, maintains professional accountability, evaluates the effectiveness of care, coordinates with other departments, and upholds patient rights and confidentiality. Candidates must adhere to the dress code: black scrubs.
