Job Summary:
Telemetry (TELE) registered nurse needed for night shift in a hospital environment. The position involves providing high-quality patient care for adult and geriatric patients requiring cardiac telemetry monitoring. The role requires flexibility with floating to different units and campuses as needed, with a focus on delivering excellent patient outcomes during night hours.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license, BLS, ACLS, CPI, NIHSS certifications. A minimum of 3 years of RN telemetry experience, with at least 6 months of travel experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Community hospital experience, prior float experience within scope of practice, and experience with electronic charting system Epic.
• Float: Float: Bicapus float possible. Floating to other units within scope of practice and to different campuses may be required, with notice typically at least 1.5 hours prior to shift.
• Additional Information: Flexibility in floating across units and campuses is expected. This role may involve managing cardiac telemetry, intravenous therapies, patient assessments, and responding to emergency codes. Travelers should be prepared for a union hospital environment.
