Job Summary:
The Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Nurse role is based in a healthcare facility location. This position involves providing specialized nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures. The nurse will independently perform assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and coordinate patient care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safety, therapeutic interventions, and adherence to clinical standards.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 10-hour day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid and unrestricted State of California Registered Nurse (RN) license; at least 3 years of nursing experience; current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) cards; knowledge of advanced nursing theory, medical terminology, instruments, equipment, and medication effects; must have interventional radiology experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting.
• Additional Information: Position involves comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care related to cardiac catheterization procedures. Critical thinking, team collaboration, emergency protocol activation, compliance monitoring, evidence-based practices, infection control, and thorough documentation are essential responsibilities. The role includes participating in staff meetings, competency completion, and ensuring clinical knowledge is current according to organizational standards. The assignment starts on 10/19/2026 and ends on 01/15/2027, with a typical shift of 10 hours per day.
