Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in Orange Park, Florida. This position involves providing specialized surgical nursing care within a busy surgical unit that includes trauma, orthopedic, robotic, and various other surgical procedures. The role requires coordination with the surgical team to ensure high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Active certifications in TNCC, PALS, ACLS, BLS; 2 years of experience in the operating room minimum, including 1 year of charge nurse experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with procedures performed on the unit including trauma, orthopedic, robotic, general, urology, gynecology, ENT, orthopedics, podiatry, maxillofacial, hand, vascular, and open heart surgeries.
• Additional Information: Must have charge nurse experience and facility specific certifications. The unit utilizes Meditech documentation system. Uniform required is teal blue scrubs. The unit has a supportive culture with advanced equipment and technology. Candidate should be adaptable to a dynamic environment with a focus on patient safety and team collaboration.
