Description
Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) nurses are responsible for providing patient care in a general medical-surgical setting with telemetry monitoring capabilities. This position is located in an acute care environment and involves delivering high-quality nursing services during night shifts. The role requires ensuring patient safety, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with healthcare team members to meet patient needs.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications:
- One year of recent (within the last three years) full-time equivalent experience in a clinical setting
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where care is provided
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Basic arrhythmia recognition skills
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in nursing or a related field
