Job Summary:
Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (RN) position available in the Morristown area. The RN will utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate the plan of care for critically ill medical and surgical patients undergoing invasive procedures under fluoroscopy and general X-ray modalities. The role involves assisting with invasive procedures in specialties such as Interventional Radiology, Endovascular Surgery, and Neurosurgical Interventional, following aseptic techniques and collaborating within an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week, beginning on 10/19/2026 and ending on 01/16/2027.
• Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program; current state licensure as a Registered Nurse; BLS & ACLS certification; 3 years of Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology experience; NJ state licensure; ability to administer moderate sedation; proficiency in reading cardiac telemetry arrhythmias; strong communication skills; knowledge of peripheral venous intervention procedures; experience in care and management of patients undergoing peripheral vascular interventions.

• Additional Information: RN will assist with invasive procedures including Interventional Radiology, Endovascular Surgery, and Neurosurgical Interventional procedures, utilizing aseptic techniques per AORN guidelines. Candidate will develop and maintain all required competencies related to the care and management of the Interventional Radiology patient population. This role emphasizes professional critical care nursing within an integrated healthcare system, with a focus on evidenced-based practices and core values of professionalism, respect, involvement, dignity, and excellence. The position does not require weekend or on-call duties.
