Job Summary:
Nursing Supervisor - Interim position located in a healthcare facility. This role involves overseeing daily operational activities within the nursing unit, ensuring quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with clinical standards. The position is designed for experienced nursing professionals seeking a leadership opportunity during the specified contract duration.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid California registered nurse licensure uploaded within the last two weeks, with applicable certifications (American Heart Association or American Red Cross), and at least 2 years of nursing experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous charge nurse or supervisory experience in a hospital or similar healthcare setting.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The role involves managing interdisciplinary support staff, overseeing patient care activities, and adhering to hospital policies and standards. Candidates must complete onboarding requirements, including labs within 3-5 days of contract signing, and provide a 7-year work history for verification. All compliance documents are due 10 days prior to start date.
