Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nursing Professional in San Joaquin County. This position involves delivering coordinated nursing care for patients in the ER, following established standards of care and the nursing process. It requires supervising and directing nursing staff, collaborating with healthcare teams, and utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Job Details
- Schedule: Rotating shifts, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Emergency Room (ER) experience preferred; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor required.
- Additional Information: Collects relevant patient data, analyzes assessment data, develops and implements care plans, and evaluates progress. Coordinates care with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure a safe and healing environment. Participates in discharge planning and delegates duties appropriately. Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Submission Requirements: Candidates must be available to start on 10/12/2026, with the assignment ending on 01/10/2027.
