Job Summary
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) registered nurse positions are available in an acute care healthcare facility. These roles involve providing direct patient care on designated shifts, utilizing advanced telemetry skills, and managing cardiac medications under the organization's standards and protocols.

Job Details

• Position Description: This position involves caring for patients with cardiac conditions, adhering to the organization's clinical interview process, and following policies and procedures. Candidates will be contacted within two hours via phone and text, with decisions typically made the same day or by the next business day.
• Required Qualifications: Active Ohio/OH or Compact registered nurse license; Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent; at least 2 years of recent relevant experience; proficiency with cardiac medications (e.g., Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitro, Heparin, Dobutamine, Lasix, Bumex), including titration and application; strong knowledge of telemetry and heart rhythm interpretation; critical thinking skills to recognize and respond to changes in patient status; understanding of stroke signs and symptoms; exceptional communication skills.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be competent with telemetry, possess NIHSS certification, and demonstrate responsibility and accountability for patient care. Attendance and punctuality are essential, and candidates should be committed to all assigned shifts.
• Submission Requirements: Applicants must submit skills checklist current within one year and documentation of active Ohio/OH or Compact RN license, BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
