Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) in a healthcare facility located in a high-acuity environment. This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients in the progressive care setting. The RN is accountable for delivering quality, individualized patient care and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. The role demands specialized clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and adherence to professional nursing standards.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, beginning 11/16/2026 and ending 02/13/2027.
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification is required. Experience in a clinical area for which the applicant is applying is desired. Must maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to the area in which they work as demonstrated through annual validations. Employees working at healthcare facilities must possess the required Fingerprint Clearance Card for their respective state at the time of hire and maintain it throughout employment.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field is preferred. Professional certification related to the specialty is also preferred.
• Additional Information: This role involves floating between multiple campuses as needed, with primary assignment at a designated facility. The position does not accommodate religious exemptions for COVID-19 vaccination at the organization. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, documenting care accurately, and participating in quality improvement activities.
