Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Nurse in a facility setting. This position requires providing specialized care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum. The role involves managing high-risk labor scenarios, following clinical protocols, and coordinating with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per day, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications:
  • 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in nursing or related field
  • Five (5) plus years of recent experience (must have occurred within the last two (2) years) in Labor and Delivery is preferred
  • One (1) year of high-risk labor and delivery experience within the last two (2) years
  • High Risk Obstetrics experience preferred
