Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor (MS) nurse position in a general medical-surgical unit. The role involves providing patient care for adult and geriatric populations, with responsibilities aligned to typical medical-surgical practices. The assignment is scheduled to start on 09/28/2026 and conclude on 12/19/2026, with day shift hours.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: No prior experience required. Valid certification and appropriate education in nursing.
• Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The unit has 39 beds with patient ratios approximating 1 registered nurse to 4 patients. The typical patient diagnoses include fractures, COPD, hypertension, chest pain, congestive heart failure, and infections. Dress code is scrubs, any color; unacceptable attire is not permitted. The role is for one position to cover leave, supporting adult and geriatric patient populations with care responsibilities as specified.
