Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) in a facility located in southwestern Missouri. This role involves providing specialized maternity care in a birthing center setting, supporting laboring patients and their families. The position is scheduled for night shifts, with a focus on patient-focused, team-oriented care.

Job Details:

• Location: Facility in southwestern Missouri.
• Schedule: Nights, 3x12 shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Active BLS, PALS, ACLS Certification, and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP). Education requirements and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with labor and birth care.
• Float: Float rotation may be required as needed.
• Additional Information: Flu vaccination with exemption approval required from November 1 through April 1. Client-approved exemptions only. The position involves caring for patients requiring labor and birth support, with a patient ratio of approximately 1:5 using electronic health records.
