Job Summary
Pre-Operative Registered Nurse in the specialty of Pre-Operative Care at a healthcare facility. This position involves providing attentive pre-surgical assessments and patient care to ensure optimal surgical readiness. The role requires collaboration with surgical teams to coordinate patient preparation and education.

Job Details

• Position Description: Pre-Operative Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for patient assessment, education, and coordination prior to surgery within a facility.
• Certifications: ACLS and BLS required.
• Requirements: Active Illinois RN license, minimum 3 years of relevant experience, and at least 2 years of charge experience preferred.
• Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts, days; minimum 40 hours per week.
• Open to accommodating block schedules and first-time travelers.
• Additional Information: Must work 2 of the 3 major holidays, with an assignment start date of 10/19/2026 and end date of 01/18/2027. RTO restrictions limit non-holiday absences to no more than 5 days. Candidates must review submittal instructions, confirm availability, housing, and compliance requirements before submission.
• Submission Requirements: Candidate SSN and DOB at submission, two to three interview windows, confirmed start and RTO dates, and appropriate certifications.
