Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse position located in an advanced healthcare facility. This role involves providing specialized, comprehensive patient care to critically ill patients, adhering to established protocols and standards of practice. The nurse will be responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions within a fast-paced environment, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and safety.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; current Massachusetts RN license; BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification upon hire or within 60 days of employment; minimum of 1 year of medical-surgical experience; previous telemetry and ICU experience preferred; ability to perform accurate interpretation of cardiac rhythms and arterial blood gases; knowledge of mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and administration of vasoactive medications.
• Preferred Qualifications: CCRN (Cardiac Care Nursing Certification).
• Additional Information: This role requires hands-on skills with cardiac arrhythmia identification, ventilator management, arterial line setup, and post-operative patient assessment. Candidates should demonstrate strong critical thinking, teamwork, and effective communication skills. The position begins on 10/05/2026 and concludes on 01/04/2027.
