A Nurse Executive (RN Executive) position is available within a healthcare organization focused on long-term care. This role involves overseeing operations as an on-call leader, requiring prior experience as a Director of Nursing in a long-term care setting.

Job Details

Certification, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Must have previous long-term care experience and Director of Nursing (DON) experience. Candidates must have worked as a DON in long-term care; no training will be provided. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Schedule: Days shift, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities include leadership and operational oversight for long-term care services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality care delivery.
