Job Summary:

Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at a healthcare facility. This position involves providing high-quality patient care, performing assessments, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring patient safety and comfort. Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS Certification prior to first shift; ACLS Certification required prior to first shift (CIRH only); minimum two (2) years of bedside clinical experience preferred; no specific experience requirement stated
• Preferred Qualifications: Not specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Performs nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission to develop individualized care plans. Responsible for accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient responses. Participates in patient rehabilitation and discharge planning, and ensures seamless communication among care providers. Provides supervision to ancillary nursing personnel, exhibits leadership in clinical decision-making, and maintains safety standards. Engages in professional development activities and contributes to a positive team environment.
