Job Details

• Position Description: The LTC Registered Nurse assists with daily nursing activities, including resident assessments, medication administration following the 5 Rights, wound care, and resident monitoring. The role involves acting as a floor leader by assessing and directing situations as needed, along with ensuring thorough charting and accurate record-keeping.
• Required Qualifications: Two-year degree in nursing, Wisconsin Registered Nursing license, current CPR/BLS certification, and at least 1 year of related work experience preferred. Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
• Schedule: Rotating shifts; 8-hour shift hours; minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The position necessitates timely communication with physicians and families, monitoring residents for changes in condition, and reporting any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to the appropriate authorities.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must be available to start on 10/12/2026 and work through 01/11/2027.
