Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in the designated location. This position involves providing direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. The role includes implementing and monitoring patient care plans, communicating patient conditions, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and assisting with discharge planning. The work requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; minimum of 0 years of experience; proficiency in OR nursing practices; ability to work independently and handle stressful situations
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in operating room nursing; certification in perioperative nursing preferred
• Float: Not applicable
• Additional Information: The role involves serving as a primary coordinator of patient care in the operating room, following Standard Precautions and utilizing personal protective equipment as required. The position may include call duties and requires adherence to all safety and clinical protocols.
