Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) registered nurse position in a fast-paced, high-volume emergency department. The role involves providing patient care across all age groups, from infants to geriatrics, in a facility that manages a broad spectrum of medical conditions. The position offers nights shifts with flexibility for 12-hour shifts and requires a dedicated professional to ensure quality care in a dynamic environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights (19:00-07:30), 3x12 or 4x12 shifts per week, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: RN license for Maryland or a valid Compact license, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale), CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) certification, 0 years of experience, and ability to work nights.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Epic charting system, charge nurse experience preferred.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be comfortable floating within the emergency department scope; weekend and holiday shifts are required. Prior experience in an emergency department setting is advantageous but not mandatory if strong clinical skills are demonstrated. The contract duration is 13 weeks, with potential extension up to 20 weeks based on experience and performance.
