Description

Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) position available in a healthcare facility. The assignment is a temporary role for 16-26 weeks, starting on 11/16/2026, with scheduled nights shifts. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality emergency care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.

Job Details:

Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, 1 year minimum of emergency room experience, American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC); TNCC must be active or proof of class prior to start in packet; NIHSS will be required prior to starting.
Additional Information:
- Assignment cannot start sooner than 11/16/2026.
- No block schedules; shifts are scheduled based on unit needs.
- Bi-weekly orientations on Mondays, next available date is 11/30/2026.
- All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained.
- Complete all work history information, including bed count, electronic medical record system used, and facility type, prior to submission.
- The organization requires all documentation, including NY license or proof of application with applied date, which takes 6-8 weeks for processing.
- Reliable transportation is strongly recommended; personal or rental vehicle during November-April is advised.
