Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in Humble, TX. This position involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, offsite freestanding emergency room setting. The ER nurse will be responsible for utilizing advanced skills to triage, assess, and stabilize patients while working collaboratively with the healthcare team.

Job Details

• Specialty: Emergency Room (ER)
• Location: Humble, TX
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: ACLS, PALS, TNCC, BLS certifications; no minimum years of experience required; valid license to practice in Texas
• Preferred Qualifications: ENPC, CPI certifications; experience in IV skills, EKG skills, triage acuity training is advantageous
• Responsibilities: Perform triage, administer emergency treatments, initiate IV access, interpret EKGs, and utilize medical equipment such as IV pumps and lab machines. Maintain patient safety and comfort, follow unit policies, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be team players, flexible with assignments, and proficient in handling various emergency procedures including labs, flu, COVID, strep swabs, Foley catheter placement, and moderate sedation. Rotate weekends or work four weekend days per schedule.
