Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse in the healthcare provider organization. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to acutely ill patients within a fast-paced emergency environment. The position requires a healthcare professional skilled in assessment, critical thinking, and coordination of patient care, following established clinical standards and practices.

Job Details

Shift Time: Nights
Shift Hours: 12 hours
Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
Required Qualifications: Valid and unrestricted State of California Registered Nurse (RN) License, NIHSS certification, American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), graduation from an accredited registered nursing program (bachelors or associate degree preferred).
Responsibilities include: assessing patient condition, implementing nursing care plans, collaborating with healthcare team, ensuring adherence to clinical standards, documenting patient data, and responding rapidly to patient needs.
Candidates must possess knowledge of advanced nursing theory, medical terminology, medical instruments, medication effects, infection control, team collaboration, and evidence-based practices.
Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
Submission Requirements: Certified in BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, valid California RN license, and graduation from an accredited nursing program are mandatory for consideration.
