Job Summary
Telemetry Nurse, Telemetry, located in the San Fernando Valley area. This role involves delivering coordinated nursing care for patients based on established standards and the nursing process. The position also includes supervising nursing staff, coordinating patient care with multidisciplinary teams, and providing education to patients and families.

Job Details

Position Description: Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN); 2 years of experience in telemetry nursing; Certified Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor.
Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, 48 hours per week minimum.
Additional Information: Must have experience with Epic electronic health record system, ability to float to Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units.
