Job Summary
Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Nurse in Michigan. This position involves providing perioperative care to patients recovering from anesthesia, including monitoring vital signs, managing airway and pain, assessing surgical sites, and communicating with the healthcare team to ensure safe recovery. The role requires working days shifts, with on-call responsibilities, for a duration of approximately three months.

Job Details

Certifications: BLS (AHA); State License: Michigan; Experience requirement: 0 years
Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Certification in BLS (AHA), Michigan state licensure, 2 years PACU experience
Additional Information: Key responsibilities include patient monitoring, airway management, symptom and pain management, assessment and intervention, documentation, and communication. Submission requires verification of at least 2 years PACU experience.
Float: Float rotation may be required.
