Job Details

• Position: Telemetry Nurse
• Location: Lewisville, TX
• Unit Information: Surgical Telemetry Unit with 19 beds, equipped with Baxter IV pumps and Welch Allyn Vital Signs machines.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: BLS certification; 2 years of medical-surgical experience; location requirements apply.
• Preferred Qualifications: Charge nurse experience; preceptor experience.
• Responsibilities: Assist with patient ambulation, wound care, and support admission/discharge processes.
• Schedule Details: Shift hours are days, 12 hours each, minimum weekly hours are 36.
• Additional Information: Candidates without the required certifications and skills will not be considered. The unit offers a positive team environment with supportive staff and a strong departmental culture.
