This position provides direct nursing care to patients in the progressive care unit, utilizing professional knowledge and clinical skills to promote patient health and recovery. The role involves assessments, planning, and implementation of personalized care plans, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice.

Job Details

• Position Description: This role assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents nursing care for patients, utilizing specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills suitable for patients physical and developmental needs.
• Required Qualifications: Current, valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The RN will float between two campus locations, caring for PCU, general telemetry monitored, and medical patients using a universal bed model. No religious exemptions for COVID vaccination are permitted at this facility.
