Job Summary
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) registered nurse position available at a healthcare facility. The role involves providing specialized care to adult patients with complex conditions, including sepsis, shock, DKA, AKI, strokes, ventilator management, and trachs. The nurse will work in a 14-bed ICU unit, trained in advanced procedures and monitored for critical patient needs.

Job Details

• Location: The healthcare facility
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; CCRN preferred
• Education Requirements: Degree in nursing or equivalent; applicable state licensure required
• Years of Experience: 0 years minimum required
• Shift Schedule: Nights shift, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Position Description: The ICU nurse will care for adult patients aged 16 years and up, managing conditions such as sepsis, shock, DKA, AKI, strokes, with procedures involving ventilators and trachs. Trained in Impellas, IABP, and CRRT (using Prismax system). May float to Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg) units.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must be eligible to work and hold current certifications.
