Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse Located in the area served by the organization. This role involves providing direct patient care to diverse patient populations within a fast-paced emergency setting. The position requires flexibility to float across multiple campuses and the ability to coordinate care effectively while promoting safety and quality standards.

Job Details

• Certifications: CA RN Licensure, BLS (AHA), ACLS, PALS, NIHSS
• Education: Valid CA RN License with a minimum of 3 years of ER nursing experience.
• Schedule: Rotating shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, with night/day rotation from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM or 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM; weekend rotation and on-call required.
• Required Qualifications: At least 3 years of ER experience, CA RN Licensure, BLS (AHA), ACLS, PALS, NIHSS.
• Additional Information: This is a true float position; the nurse will be scheduled across three campuses approximately 15 minutes apart, with shifts assigned with short notification prior to start time. The role includes handling complex emergency cases such as trauma, cardiac emergencies, respiratory issues, and more, utilizing numerous skills and certifications listed.
• Submittal Requirements: Candidates must provide up-to-date licensure and certifications, and references within the last year. Work history verification over the past 7 years is required, with all documents due 10 days prior to the start date.
