Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in the San Francisco area. This role involves providing direct patient care to a diverse patient population within a fast-paced ER setting, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and continually reassess care. The position is a true float role, requiring flexibility across multiple campuses to ensure optimal patient care delivery.

Job Details

• Certifications: CA RN Licensure, BLS (AHA), ACLS, PALS, NIHSS
• Education & Experience: Minimum 3 years of ER experience required, with current CA RN licensure and active certifications.
• Schedule: Rotating shifts (Day/Night) working 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Responsibilities include managing acute psychosis, airway management, trauma, stroke, cardiac, and pediatric emergencies, along with clinical procedures such as intubation, arterial line management, and use of emergency medications.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant experience and be prepared to work across multiple campus locations with notification 2 hours prior to shifts regarding reporting site.
• Submission must include three professional references from within the last year, and all compliance documentation is required 10 days prior to start date.
