Job Summary
Operating Room Pediatrics Only in a Level II Pediatric Trauma Center. This position involves providing specialized perioperative care for neonatal to adolescent patients, including those with complex congenital anomalies and trauma cases. The role offers multiple shift options to accommodate various scheduling preferences.

Job Details

• Position Description: Assist with pediatric surgeries and procedures, including trauma, neurosurgery, urology, gynecology, orthopedics, oncology, ENT, and general surgeries, utilizing experience in scrubbing and OR protocol adherence.
• Required Qualifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), CST (Certified Surgical Technologist), and Washington state license (must be in hand or proof of application submitted over 6 weeks ago). Minimum of 2 years high-level acute care experience, with the ability to work in adult and pediatric patient populations.
• Schedule: Multiple shift options available, including 8-hour days (0645-1515), 10-hour days (0645-1715), 12-hour days (0645-1915), and 12-hour nights (1845-0715), with a minimum of 36 hours per week. On-call requirements include approximately two weeknights every 6 weeks with a 30-minute response time, and a potential weekend shift.
• Additional Information: Will assist with procedures across PICU and NICU units at connected facilities. Floating to PICU and NICU may be required. Scrubbing experience in robotics, high-level neuro, eyes, or dental surgeries is preferred although not required.
