• Location: United States
• Position Description:
  • Unit: Stepdown Float, with preference for candidates with ICU and Progressive Care Unit experience
  • Critical care experience: Minimum of 2 years in a clinical setting
  • Top Diagnosis/Procedures include surgical, medical, and neuro cases
  • Common Equipment includes bladder scanners, IV pumps, PCA pumps, SCDs, bipaps, cpaps, optiflows, vapotherms, airvos
  • Vasoactive Drip Titration is required for medications such as neosynephrine, amiodarone, and cardizem
  • Nurse Patient Ratio: 1:03 (not guaranteed)
  • Line Management Skills required include IV insertion, PICC/Central Line management, vascular device care, dialysis fistula care/management, A-Line management
  • Preferred skills include obtaining 12 lead EKG, sheath removal, cardioversion/defibrillation
  • Airway management skills required: CPAP/BiPAP, Trach care
  • Ortho/MS/Oncology skills required: Epidural/PCA pumps, feeding tubes, wound vac
• Schedule:
  • Shift: Nights
  • Shift Hours: 12 hours
  • Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours

• End Date: 01/04/2027
