Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse - Location not specified. This position involves providing high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced trauma environment. The RN will manage critical care procedures and ensure patient safety while delivering a positive patient experience.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education, and Experience: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state or district. ER experience of at least 3 years. Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program. BSN degree highly desired. Cerner experience required.
• Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts, dayshift. Minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Requirements: Must be willing to work in the trauma room as a bedside trauma RN and take 1:5 ratios. Must be available to start within 7 days of offer, with expedited onboarding. Compliance items include a national background screen conducted within 90 days, flu and COVID vaccinations or declination form, current license verification (Nursys and BON), and current certifications (ACLS, BLS, NRP, etc.). All additional requirements must be submitted no later than 7 days from assignment start date; failure to do so may result in contract cancellation.
• Responsibilities: Manage critical care skills including medication titrations, arterial lines, mass transfusion of blood, and chest tubes. Handle a diverse patient population ranging from urgent care to pediatric and critical care/trauma cases. Coordinate and deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to complex patients.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must be available to start within 7 days of offer.
