Job Summary
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) Night shift October 19, 2026, to November 30, 2026. This position involves providing acute care for a general medicine/internal medicine population with a variety of diagnoses. The role requires proficiency in IV starts, blood draws, and cardiac rhythm interpretation, supporting a low to moderate acuity patient care environment.

Job Details

• Certifications and Experience: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS; min 3 years clinical experience in general medicine/intern medicine; RN license required.
• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM, minimum 48 hours per week.
• Responsibilities: Proficient in IV starts and blood draws; manage titratable and set rate drips such as heparin and lasix; demonstrate tele competency for floating purposes, including EKG interpretation; support charge nurse duties as needed.
• Additional Information: Must float to MedSurg/Telemetry acuity floors; orientation includes classroom training and on-floor shadowing; scrubs provided in navy; daily parking available at a fee; hospital retains the right to cancel up to four shifts per assignment.
