Job Summary
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) nurse position located at the healthcare provider's facility. This role focuses on caring for patients with liver diseases, COVID-19 cases across all specialties, and requires experience with basic electrocardiogram (EKG) interpretation and cardiac drips. The shift is primarily days from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. or nights from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., with scheduled rotations and floated responsibilities as needed.

Job Details

• Shift Time: Days, approximately 12 hours; scheduled for 36 hours per week.
• Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) required.
• Education Requirements: Not specified.
• Location Requirements: Not specified.
• Years of Experience: At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred; minimum requirement is 0 years.
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, starting on 10/19/2026 and ending on 11/30/2026.
• Clinical Responsibilities: Managing patients with liver diseases, COVID-19, and all acute care needs, including ECG interpretation and cardiac drip management.
• Charting System: Epic; experience preferred.
• Orientation: Two days in classroom and two shifts on the floor.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Charge experience is preferred but not required. Only experienced RNs who are comfortable with all unit responsibilities, including telemonitoring and cardiac drips, will be considered for this position.
