The role requires adaptability to fluctuating schedules and the ability to work effectively in a high-acuity environment, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details

• Position Description: Requires working in a Level 1 Trauma Center, managing care for critically ill patients in a busy hospital setting. The unit operates with a focus on trauma, requiring team members to be flexible with floating and schedule changes.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications include ACLS, BLS, NIHSS; candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting, with previous travel experience preferred. Must hold a current license to submit, and be open to working days and every other weekend, with a schedule of 12-hour shifts and at least 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Successful candidates should have at least 3+ years of experience, with strong clinical skills and prior experience in a fast-paced hospital environment. Flexibility for floating and schedule adjustments is essential. The role requires familiarity with electronic charting systems, specifically EPIC.
