Job Summary
Labor and Delivery (L&D) Nurse in en_US This position involves providing expert care in a Level II nursery within a 10-bed labor and delivery unit. The role requires clinical proficiency in obstetric and neonatal care to support maternal and newborn health during all stages of labor, delivery, and postpartum.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid nursing license, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification, and 0 years of experience required.
• Schedule: Third shift (1900-0730), 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Responsibilities include providing direct patient care in a 24/7 in-house coverage environment, monitoring fetal health, assisting with deliveries, and ensuring neonatal stability.
• Additional qualifications: Experience with fetal monitoring, STABLE protocol, and neonatal resuscitation skills preferred.
• Submission Requirements: Nursys license verification, professional credentials, professional references, and completion of Ascension Skills Checklist.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
